The staff, particularly Monica at reception, was exceptionally helpful, providing valuable insights and ensuring a smooth experience. Convenient self-parking allowed for easy access to explore the picturesque surroundings, including the nearby lake and diverse dining options. For a reasonable rate, the hotel's value exceeded expectations, making it an attractive choice for a pleasant stay in Geneva.
